Assessment

I offer an assessment meeting at all of my venues. The assessment takes 15 minutes and is free of charge. During the meeting we will discuss our goals and the further plan.

Booking

Booking can be done by email or phone call. After completing the booking process the confirmation is always sent.

Payment

Payment can be done by bank transfer before the first lesson or in cash/by card during the first lesson.

Cancellations

Free cancellations can be done 24 hours in advance. There is a possibility to postpone the lesson if other slots are available.

Package validity

The packages must be used in 4 months after the first lesson.

Entry ticket

The pool entry ticket is not included in the lesson's price.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.
